What bills and services can I pay for using walletii?
With walletii, you can:
- Recharge airtime for prepaid mobiles (Ooredoo, Omantel, Vodafone, FRiENDi, Renna, RedBull Mobile).
- Pay postpaid bills for mobile, internet, or landline (Ooredoo, Omantel, Vodafone).
- Pay water and electricity bills, including prepaid electricity.
- Pay education bills at select schools and universities, including Al Imtiaz Private School, Arab Open University, As Seeb International School, ASharqiyah University, Azzan Bin Qais International School, GUTech, Indian School Muscat, Middle East College, Muscat University, and Sohar International School.
- Settle government bills with Social Protection Fund bills and ROP traffic tickets.
- Make payments for financial services to National Finance and Muscat Finance.
- Pay for media services at OpenSooq.
- Support charities through Oman Charitable Organization and Siraj Endowment Foundation.
How can I check the status of my bill payment?
Go to ‘History’. Tap on the arrow at the bottom and then tap on the transaction you wish to see in detail. Remember, while a transaction is successful in walletii and shows as paid, it can still take a few hours for the updated balance to be reflected.
My recharge or bill payment hasn’t reached the biller yet—what’s going on?
Prepaid payments are usually processed immediately, while postpaid bill payments may take a few hours. If it’s been more than 24 hours and your payment still hasn’t reached the biller, please contact us through the ‘Help & support’ section of the app—we’ll look into it right away.
