Is there a maximum balance for my walletii account?

Yes, your wallet balance cannot exceed 1,000 TND. If you need a higher limit, you can request an increase of up to 5,000 TND directly in the app. You can find more information about walletii’s limits here.

How can I get a higher maximum balance?

To increase your wallet limits, you need to upload a document proving your income or occupation (e.g. payslip, bank statement, or employment certificate). Simply take a photo in the app and submit it. Our team will review your request within a few business days. Once approved, your wallet limits will be upgraded.

Do I need to maintain a minimum balance in my walletii account?

There is no minimum balance required. You can keep it at 0; we won’t charge you for inactivity.

What if I want to change my phone number?

For security reasons, you cannot change the phone number linked to your walletii account. You must close your existing account and open a new one with your new number.

What if I lose my phone?

Download the walletii app to the new phone and log in with your existing phone number. We will verify your phone number and passcode. This will automatically sign out your account on the lost phone.

My verification is pending, what does it mean?

This means we need some additional time to verify your identity. You’ll be notified when this process is completed. We appreciate your patience.

How do I close my walletii account?

We hope you don’t choose to close your account but, if you decide to do so, go to your profile settings → Account details → Close account. Make sure you have a wallet balance of 0 TND before doing so. Otherwise, we can’t close your account. Once you’ve successfully requested your account’s closure, we’ll process it within two weeks.
