Currently all accounts open in walletii are considered level 2.
Authorising transactions on walletii
We check to see if your transfer instruction is authorised with security protections based on the transaction type and amount, which we may change from time to time.
For any outgoing payments (other than Cash-out via agent):
- Up to 49.999 Tunisian dinars: We ask you to log in to your walletii app and then swipe to pay.
- 50 Tunisian dinars and above: After you log in and swipe, we ask you to re-enter your passcode or authenticate with face ID or fingerprint.
For Cash-out and Cash-in via agent: After you log in and swipe, we ask you to re-enter your passcode or authenticate with face ID or fingerprint. Additionally, you need to provide the last 4 digits of your ID at the agent.
