Walletii Gift Cards – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a Gift Card through the walletii application (“App”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General

1.1 Gift Cards are issued via the walletii App in partnership with third-party brands (“Merchants”).

1.2 Each Gift Card is subject to the respective Merchant’s terms and conditions, in addition to these Terms.

1.3 Walletii acts solely as a distributor and is not responsible for the products or services provided by the Merchant.

2. No Refunds / Cancellation

2.1 All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.

2.2 Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once purchased.

2.3 Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

3. Usage Restrictions

3.1 Gift Cards are valid for a single transaction only, unless otherwise specified by the Merchant.

3.2 Any unused balance may be forfeited, subject to the Merchant’s terms and conditions.

3.3 Gift Cards must be used strictly in accordance with the respective Merchant’s terms and conditions.

4. Loss or Unauthorized Use

4.1 Gift Cards are issued digitally within the walletii App.

4.2 Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

4.3 Walletii shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

5. Region & Validity

5.1 Gift Cards are region-specific and can only be used in the country or region stated in the product description.

5.2 Gift Cards cannot be transferred or converted for use in another country or region.

5.3 Each Gift Card is subject to its validity period as defined by the respective Merchant.

6. Merchant Responsibility

6.1 All Gift Cards are governed by the respective Merchant’s terms and conditions.

6.2 Walletii is not responsible for:

• Quality, availability, or delivery of goods/services by the Merchant

• Merchant refusal to accept a valid Gift Card due to their own policies

• Any disputes between the user and the Merchant

7. Liability

7.1 Walletii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card.

7.2 Walletii reserves the right to cancel or void any Gift Card for any reason and at any time, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of applicable laws.

8. Acceptance
