walletii Community Ambassador Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the walletii Community Ambassador Program. These Terms & Conditions outline the general rules and expectations for participating in the program during its pilot phase in Oman.

By signing up, you agree to the following:

1.    Eligibility

‍

• The program is open to residents of Oman aged 18 and above.
• Participants must be based in Oman.
• Participants must have an active walletii account.

‍

2.    Participation

‍

• Ambassadors are expected to genuinely represent and promote walletii within their communities
• Participation is on a wholly voluntary basis, and shall not be compensated beyond the rewards (see below). Participation may be discontinued with immediate effect by either party, at any time.

‍

3.    Rewards

‍

• Rewards are linked to specific challenges and will vary based on the activity.
• Only verified, approved submissions will be eligible for rewards.
• Walletii reserves the right to reject entries at its sole discretion at any time. Entries which are incomplete, misleading, or inauthentic shall be rejected.

4. Challenge-Specific Rules and Overarching Terms and Conditions

‍

• Each challenge may have its own set of rules, guidelines, and eligibility criteria. Such details will be communicated clearly to potential participants at the start of each challenge.
• By participating in a challenge, each participant agrees to be bound by these walletii Community Ambassador Program – Terms & Conditions.
• Any reward awarded to a participant will take up to seven (7) working days to appear in the participant's walleti user account.

5. Communication

‍

• Official updates and challenge announcements will be shared through the designated the program’s official communication channel.

‍

6. Use of Submissions

‍

• Walletii may reuse submitted content (including, but not limited to, testimonials, screenshots, videos) across its platforms for promotional or educational purposes, with or without naming the participant(s).

‍

7. Data Privacy

‍

• Personal data disclosed to walletithat is not publicly shared, such as nationality, languages spoken and the like shall be used strictly for internal program purposes only.
• Information will not be sold or shared externally unless legally required to do so.

8. Program Changes

‍

• Walletii may update, pause, or terminate the program at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via the program’s official communication channel.

‍

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

‍

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the Omani courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
• By participating in the challenge(s), the participant agrees to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
