The “Scan, Register, Pay & Win with walletii” Khareef Campaign is issued by Oman OFT International S.A.O.C., operating under the walletii brand. The Campaign is subject to the approval and requirements of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion of the Sultanate of Oman.

Campaign period

• The campaign runs from 08 August 2026 to 15 September 2026.

Who can participate?

The Campaign is open to new walletii customers who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are located in the Sultanate of Oman
• Register during the Campaign period
• Register through the official Campaign QR code at a participating location
• Complete at least one eligible transaction during the relevant week

Participating locations include selected Ooredoo stores, Ooredoo festival booths, dealer activation locations, promotional vans, and walletii activation points in Salalah.

Weekly raffle entries

• Customers receive one weekly raffle entry for each week in which they complete at least one eligible transaction.
• Completing more than one eligible transaction in the same week will not provide additional entries for that week’s draw.

Monthly raffle entries

• The first eligible transaction completed in any qualifying week provides one entry into the relevant monthly draw.
• Qualifying in one week gives the customer one entry into the relevant monthly draw. Customers can earn one additional monthly entry for each further week in which they qualify.
• Each monthly Campaign period runs from the 15th of one month to the 14th of the following month.

Eligible transactions

Eligible transactions include:

• Bill payments
• Local money transfers
• Mobile recharges
• Merchant QR payments

The following transactions do not qualify:

• International money transfers
• Failed transactions
• Cancelled transactions
• Reversed transactions
• Refunded transactions
• Chargeback transactions
• Fraudulent transactions

Prizes

• One weekly winner will receive OMR 100, credited directly to their walletii account.
• One monthly winner will receive an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB.
• There will be eight weekly cash prize draws and two monthly grand prize draws during the Campaign.
• The monthly prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All prizes are funded by walletii’s promotional budget and not by customer funds.

Winner selection and verification

• Winners will be selected through weekly and monthly raffle draws conducted by walletii in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Winners will be contacted through the mobile number registered with their walletii account.
• Monthly winners must claim their prize and complete any required verification within 30 days of being notified.
• Winners may be required to present a valid identification document and complete relevant KYC requirements before receiving a prize.
• Unclaimed prizes will be handled in line with MOCIIP instructions and applicable law.

Eligibility checks

• Walletii reserves the right to verify transactions and customer eligibility before awarding prizes.
• Walletii may disqualify a participant or withhold a prize in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, sanctions exposure, or breaches of applicable law or walletii policies.
• Employees of Ooredoo Fintech Oman, Ooredoo, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Personal data

• By participating, customers agree that their personal data, including their name and photograph, may be used for winner announcements and promotional purposes in line with applicable privacy and data protection laws in Oman.

Campaign changes

• Ooredoo Fintech Oman may amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign during the Campaign period, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and requirements.
• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Campaign is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
• Participation does not change the standard fees, charges, or terms that apply to walletii or its financial services.
