walletii Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions
The walletii Loyalty Program rewards customers for their engagement within the walletii app. It is available to all eligible walletii customers who join the program under the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility and Process
- All walletii customers are eligible to join the loyalty program.
- The customer must be registered and successfully verified.
- Customers must manually enroll in the program by tapping the “Join our loyalty program” button on the walletii homepage. Membership is not automatic.
- By clicking to enroll in the Loyalty Program through the walletii app, customers shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any future amendments thereto.
- Walletii reserves the right to determine eligibility and may refuse, suspend, or revoke participation at its discretion where misuse, fraud, regulatory concerns, or violations of these Terms and Conditions arise.
Earning and Using Points
Earning Points
- Customers earn walletii points for doing transactions for the following eligible services:

- The earning structure outlined above is valid until 31 July and may be amended, replaced, or withdrawn by walletii at its sole discretion thereafter.
- Walletii reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify earning rates, introduce, extend, or withdraw promotional campaigns, or revise the points allocation structure, whether on a permanent or time-limited basis.
- Welcome Points: Customers receive 500 walletii points upon successful registration and opt in. Awarded once per customer.
- Reversed, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or ineligible transactions may result in the reversal or deduction of awarded points.
- MGM: Customers receive 250 walletii points and 1 OMR for each successful referral, awarded after the referred customer completes the qualifying transaction. Terms and conditions apply.
- Referral rewards shall not apply to international remittance transactions, cross-border transfers, or any other excluded transaction categories identified by walletii.
- Excluded Transactions: International remittance transactions, cross-border money transfers, and any related international transfer services are expressly excluded from the Loyalty Program and shall not qualify for the earning of walletii points, cashback, rewards, referral benefits, or any promotional incentives, whether directly or indirectly.
- Referral rewards shall not apply to international remittance transactions, cross-border transfers, or any other excluded transaction categories identified by walletii.
Using Points
- Customers can redeem points by converting them to money in their walletii account, under the following conditions:
- Conversion Rate: 1,000 points = 1 OMR.
- Minimum Redemption: 1,000 points.
- Points Redemption Rules: Customer can only redeem points in multiples of 1,000. For example, 1,000 points = 1 OMR, and 2,000 points = 2 OMR.
Point Validity and Expiry Terms
- Validity Period: Wwalletii points are valid for a minimum duration of minimum one year and up to 2 years from the date they are earned.
- Expiration Policy: Points will expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which they reach one (1) year of age.
- Example: Points earned in April 2026 will expire on December 31, 2027.
- Account Closure: In the event of account closure for any reason, all loyalty points associated with the account will be permanently deleted and are non-recoverable.
Program Limitations
- Walletii earned points cannot be transferred to another walletii account.
Program Fraud Prevention
- The walletii team will monitor the program to prevent abuse and ensure compliance with the terms.
- Any fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or misuse of walletii services, or violations of applicable laws and regulations may result in the forfeiture of points, suspension of the customer’s walletii account, disqualification from the Loyalty Program, and potential legal action.
- Walletii’s determination regarding fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or non-compliant conduct shall be final, subject to applicable law
Program Modification and Termination
- The walletii team reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
- Updates may include changes to eligibility, earning or redemption rules, earning rates, promotional structures (including time-limited campains)point validity, conversion rate or other program details as deemed necessary.
Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations
- This loyalty program is regulated in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and the regulations of the Central Bank of Oman.
- International remittance transactions and cross-border transfer services are excluded from the Loyalty Program in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and restrictions.
- Walletii may amend, restrict, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Loyalty Program where required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, supervisory, or compliance obligations.
- Any regulatory changes affecting the program will be implemented immediately, and all customers will be bound by the revised rules.
Liability Limitation
- Walletii will make its best effort to credit points and process redemptions accurately. However, walletii will not be liable for delays, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control that may impact the service.
Acceptance of Terms
By joining the walletii Loyalty Program, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any future amendments made by the walletii team.
