The Welcome Cashback program is available to all new customers of the walletii app and is offered under the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Eligibility
   • The Welcome Cashback program is only applicable to new walletii customers, defined as individuals who have not previously registered on the walletii app.
   • Customers must register on the walletii app and complete the account setup, including any required identity verifications.
   • Existing walletii users are not eligible for this program.
2. Reward Structure
   • A 3 OMR cashback reward will be credited to the new user’s walletii account upon meeting the criteria.
   • To qualify for the reward, the customer must, within the first 30 days of signing up:
   • Complete a minimum of 3 eligible transactions.
   • Each transaction must be at least 10 OMR in value.
   • Transactions must fall under the eligible categories listed below.
3. Reward Conditions
   • Eligible transactions include:
     • Utility bill payments (e.g., water, electricity, telecom), or other official bill payments such as school fees or charitable donations made to registered charitable organizations.
     • International money transfers.
   • Ineligible transactions include peer-to-peer transfers, wallet top-ups, or any transactions not explicitly listed as eligible.
   • Reversed or refunded transactions will be excluded and deducted from the transaction count.
   • Cashback will be automatically credited once all qualifying actions are completed.
   • Walletii reserves the right to review or delay reward credits in case of technical issues or to complete necessary verifications.
4. Program Validity
   • The Welcome Cashback program is valid from 2 July to 31 August 2025.
   • Customers who register during this period will have 30 days from the date of registration to complete the eligibility requirements.
5. Fraud Prevention
   • Walletii team will monitor all accounts and transactions to prevent abuse and ensure compliance with these terms.
   • Any fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or misuse of walletii services will result in suspension or termination of the customer’s account and may lead to legal actions.
6. Modification and Termination
   • Walletii team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Welcome Cashback program at any time without prior notice.
   • Walletii may change the eligibility criteria, reward structure, or any other aspect of the program at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
7. Compliance with Local Regulations
   • This Welcome Cashback program is regulated in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and the regulations of the Central Bank of Oman.
   • Any changes in applicable laws or regulations will be implemented immediately and will apply to all program participants.
8. Liability Limitation
   • Walletii will make every reasonable effort to credit rewards promptly once the conditions are fulfilled.
   • However, walletii is not liable for any delays, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control that may affect the processing of rewards.
9. Acceptance of Terms
   • By participating in the Welcome Cashback program, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions and to any future updates made by walletii.
   • These terms and conditions apply in addition to the standard walletii Customer Terms.
