Eligibility

• The campaign is open to all walletii customers in Oman except for Ooredoo Fintech staff, agents, and affiliates.
• Eligible customers must perform successful transactions using walletii during the campaign period, including:
• Utility bill payments (electricity, water)
• Mobile recharge
• Electricity recharge
• Royal Oman Police (ROP) payments
• Every successful transaction qualifies as one entry into the weekly draw.
• The more transactions a customer performs, the higher their chances of winning.

Draw Details

• Draws will be conducted weekly from 23 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.
• Winners will be selected based on the raffle draw schedule above.
• Each week’s draw will include all qualifying transactions made during that week.
• Draws will be conducted at the Ooredoo Fintech office in Muscat and list of winners will be announced via official walletii Instagram & Facebook pages.

Winner Notification and Prize Claiming

• Winners will be notified via SMS and a phone call from an official Ooredoo number within three (3) business days of the weekly draw date.
• Winners will be invited to the Ooredoo Fintech office to collect their prize.  If they cannot visit, the prize will be delivered to their registered  address.
• Ooredoo Fintech reserves the right to announce the names of winners on its official social media channels and website.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Ooredoo Fintech is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by  the customer, which may affect eligibility or prize delivery.
• Ooredoo Fintech reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign and its terms at any time, with any changes communicated to customers in accordance with the Ministry’s laws and regulations.
• The campaign complies with Ministerial Decision No. 239/2013 and related regulations governing promotional offers and raffle draws in Oman.
